President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday said his administration will be transparent and open with the implementation of the 2021 budget. Nigeria on Friday night reported 1,114 new COVID-19 cases from across the country which took the total to 128,674 while 27 fatalities were reported for the day, according to latest update from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
