OSOGBO – A petitioner, Olusegun Olaosebikan, told the Osun Judicial Panel of Inquiry on Police Brutality, Human Rights Violations and Related Extra-Judicial Killings at its resumed sitting on Friday that the killing of his father made him a school dropout.
