As the world marks World Teachers’ Day, Chief Toyin Amuzu has joined millions globally to celebrate and appreciate teachers for their immeasurable contributions to humanity.
In a goodwill message, Chief Amuzu described teachers as “nation-builders, mentors and change-makers”, whose dedication shapes minds and builds the foundation for society’s growth.
“I extend my heartfelt appreciation to all dedicated teachers who shape minds and build futures. Your selfless efforts are the foundation upon which societies thrive,” he stated.
Amuzu, who emphasised his deep respect for education and educators, noted that teachers play a pivotal role in nurturing generations and influencing communities beyond the classroom.
“Without teachers, there would be no progress, no innovation and no leaders. Your impact transcends classrooms, influencing communities and nations,” he added.
