Ebigwu’s death causes confusion in Agbor community

The death of one Chief Ebigwu Alika has been generating confusion in Agbor community following the allegation that one Ebigwu Ijeoma killed Alika through witchcraft for ritual purposes.

The community claimed that Ebigwu Ijeoma has used most people in the community for ritual purposes.

The community is reportedly searching for Ebigwu Ijeoma to appear before the traditional shrine of Adofi and Umu Ogene to swear an oath for killing Alika.


The report was filed by Ebigwu Ijeoma and the civil defense office in the area while traditional leaders have also been notified.

The police in the community have also been alerted while investigation is ongoing.

Meanwhile the matter has been handed over to his royal chief, the of Agbor Alidinma who has invited Ebigwu Ijeoma to his palace for the administration of the oath.

In meantime, the deceased will be laid to rest on September 2nd 2023 after performing some traditional rites.
