In a recent development, 38-year-old Gbenga Shola Collins has been declared wanted by the police after failing to appear in court for charges related to a bisexual act. Collins was initially arrested on August 13th, 2023, on suspicion of engaging in said act. Following his arrest, he was arraigned at Magistrate court Isabo on August 17th, 2023, to face the charges brought against him.

However, on the same day, Collins was granted bail with the hopes that he would honor his legal obligations and return to court on September 8th, 2023. This was to allow for the continuation of his case. Despite the opportunity provided, Collins deliberately refused to show up for his scheduled appearance, thereby a fugitive from justice.

As a result, the police have officially declared Collins wanted, initiating a search and investigation into his whereabouts. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding his current location to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.

The authorities are urging citizens to cooperate and share any information that could lead to the arrest and subsequent appearance of Gbenga Shola Collins in court.

The investigation into Collins’ case will continue, and his absence will serve as a significant factor that may influence the final verdict.
