Engr. Tajhdeen Olalekan Ishola

The Founder of Irorun Movement and Chairmanship aspirant for Abeokuta North Local Government, Engr. Tajhdeen Olalekan Ishola has commended workers in Abeokuta North local government and Ogun state in general for their dedication and commitment towards achieving the goals of the Governor Abiodun led administration in taking the state to greater heights.

He made this known in Abeokuta while observing the importance of workers in the growth and development of the state, adding that every form of labour has it’s own contribution to the sustenance of a society.

Ishola hailed Gov. Abiodun’s stimulating economic prosperity by creating thousands of new jobs for people of the state through massive road construction, school rehabilitation, market re-development, supply of modern medical facilities to hospitals, as well as skill acquisition programs to name a few.

“Today, we join the rest of the world to celebrate the dignity of labor and to express our appreciation of the value of productive work for the rapid progress of our dear state”.

“We know that the more idle hands we put to productive work, the more prosperity we create and the stronger our economy becomes. That’s why promoting productivity and invaluable contribution to human development is important to us”.

“Indeed, the capacity to create value through productive labor is a key defining characteristic of the human being. Nations and civilizations have always developed through the application of human mental and manual labor to extract a higher standard of living from nature”, he said.

Ishola called on all workers in the state to continue to support the current administration by sharing in the vision of sustaining Ogun State’s values and positioning the state for greater achievements.
