Earlier today, the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW), Ogun State Council’s Chairman in person of Hon. Sunday Adebowale was a guest on Ogun state television (OGTV) popular yoruba program (Ọtun Ọjọ), where he spoke extensively on the topic ” The role of Youths in Entrepreneurship” (Ipa ti awọn ọdọ nko nipa dídá iṣẹ ara ẹni silẹ).

Below is the summary of what was discussed;
Ki a to lọ kulẹkulẹ lori ọrọ awọn ọdọ ati owo ṣiṣe, akọkọ gbọdọ mọ nkan ti ọdọ ati iṣowo tunmọ sí. 
Lakọkọ igba ọdọ jẹ ìgbà kan ninu aiye ẹda nigbati ẹda wa laarin ewe ati àgba lagba (childhood and adulthood). Erongba ontaja ni lati Jere, nitori ‘Ere ni omo ọlọja n jẹ’. Ẹni ti o ta ọja lai jere tabi pa oju owo ‘sọwọ sooti ni, ki ọlọhun majẹ ka ṣe aṣedanu.
Owo ṣiṣe jẹ awa ẹyà Yorùbá logun púpọ, nkan pataki ni owo ṣiṣe ni gbogbo ilẹ kaaro ojiire nitori awọn idi wọnyi:
1. O je iṣẹ aje ti n mu ki a n’isẹ ẹni lọwọ. 
2. Owo ṣiṣe n le iṣẹ ati oṣi danu, a si so ni di olowo. 
3. O n mu ni tẹpa mọṣe, ki a ma sọlẹ. 
4. O n mu ki ire ati idagbasoke wolu lopo yanturu.
5. O ṣokunfa ajọṣepọ laaarin ẹlẹyamẹya.
Orisirisi owo ti Yoruba n se 
1. Arobo tabi Agbata 
2. Ajapa 
3. Ounje tita 
4. Àgbẹ
5. Eran Osin: Awon onisowo miiran wa ti won n ta eran osin. Irufe eran osin bii: Ewure Maluu Ooya Aguntan Adie Igbin Agbo Pepeye Eja Odo Elede Tolotolo Ehoro.
Gẹgẹ bí ọdọ, àní lati pe èrò ati odofin inu wá sí pataki owowo ṣiṣe gẹgẹ bí awọn babanla wa ni ilẹ yoruba se gbaju mọṣẹ, ti onikaluku wa ba gbaju mo iṣẹ wa koni sí ayé fún iwapalapala láwùjọ wa, torí gbogbo wa lamọ npè ọwọ toba dilẹ ni esu nyà lo. Ati wípé ọsẹ pataki fún wa gẹgẹ bii ọdọ láti ronú jinlẹ̀ awọn owo ti aleṣe torí ibi ti aiye yi nlọ bayi agbọdọ tún máa duro dè awọn ijọba wa láti máa ṣe gbogbo eto funwa, lootọ ìjọba gbọdọ pèsè iṣẹ fún àwọn ará ìlú ṣugbọn ẹjẹ ki a gbìyànju lọwọ ara wa lati di ara wa lokowo, ose pataki púpọ.
