The 2025 edition of the prestigious ACE Awards, themed Celebrating Excellence, was held in grand style at the Watercress Hotels and Event Center, Ikeja, Lagos. The event, organized by ACE Media Magazine and ACE Awards, brought together a distinguished gathering of eminent Nigerians whose contributions to national development, entrepreneurship, education, and public service were celebrated with honor and admiration.
Among the awardees was His Excellency, Senator Otunba Gbenga Daniel FNSE, representing Ogun East Senatorial District. Being an awardee underscored the caliber of leadership the Awards seek to recognize. Also awarded was HRM Oba Professor Olusegun Alexander McGregor, the Olu of Ilawo Kingdom, whose royal grace added prestige to the occasion.

Asiwaju Dr Adedamola Adesina, CEO of Damol Clearing and Logistics Nig Ltd, was honoured for his visionary leadership in logistics and youth empowerment. Pastor James Ajibola Alayande, Founder of Honeyland Group of Schools, received accolades for his transformative impact on education. Hon. Kayode Amusan, former Member of the House of Representatives for Abeokuta North/Obafemi Owode/Odeda, was recognized for his dedicated public service.



Ambassador Awosusi Tolulope Rebecca, CEO of Tshakky Beauty Place, was celebrated for her entrepreneurial excellence and advocacy for youth inclusion. Olori Sandra Thomas Adesoye, CEO of Makari Lagos, was acknowledged for her innovation in beauty and skincare. Dr Ademola Adetuberu, CEO of Barricade Security Ltd, was commended for his contributions to security solutions in Nigeria.

Legal luminary Sir J.T Ogunniyi, Principal Solicitor at JT Ogunniyi & Co, was honored for his distinguished career in law. Alhaja Chief Mrs Balikis Adewole, CEO of Halaga Catering and Events Service Ltd, was recognized for her excellence in hospitality and event management. Dr Lanre Jimoh, CEO of Laredo Chops, and Ms Adejoke Lasisi, known for her sustainable fashion initiatives, were also among the celebrated guests.
Dr Adeola Akinsemoyin MPA, CEO of Stanchion TM, Mr Femi Sokeye, CEO of Royal Butler, Chief Femi Odunuga, CEO of Gemini Films Ltd, and Oluwaseyi Adedeji, CEO of Tommy’s Collection, were all honored for their outstanding contributions to their respective industries. Mrs Oluwabukunmi Ajayi, CEO of Nicolivia Fabrics Ltd, and Hon. Lukman Olalekan Olaleye, Member of the Ogun State House of Assembly, rounded out the list of distinguished awardees present at the ceremony.
Speaking at the event, Otunba Olumide Adeleke, CEO of ACE Media Magazine and ACE Awards, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the honorees. “These individuals represent the very best of Nigeria. Their dedication, resilience, and excellence are the reasons we gather each year to celebrate.
