MAPOLY plays a vital role in shaping the future leaders, says Ogun NSCDC Commandant

The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Ogun State Command, Remilekun Ekundayo, has commended the management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), Abeokuta for her role in shaping the future leaders for the development of Nigeria.
Commandant Ekundayo said this when she received the management of the institution in her office on a courtesy visit on Wednesday, in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital.
According to her, MAPOLY is a critical stakeholders in the education sector and has played vital roles in shaping the minds of our future leaders, therefore, we recognize the importance of collaboration and synergy towards our organization in maintaining peace stability and security in our state.
“I am confident that our meeting today will provide a platform for us to discuss areas of mutual interest, share experiences and explore opportunities for future collaborations”, she said.
The Institution’s Rector, Arch. ‘Koye Jolaoso, on behalf of the management, while appreciating the command for the previous support the Polytechnic had enjoyed, added that, the visitation was to solidify the existing relationship.
According to him, “we have already hinted you that you will be our reference to all members of other Commands, that we recognise what you have been doing and we want to further enlist your support that will add value to us through mutual understanding for the maintenance of peace and security.
“We want you to assist us in the maintenance of orderliness and security of our property such that we all can enjoy all the goodness”.
Arc. Jolaoso emphasized that “one of the most instructive attention we want to call you is our territory, due to some people that are lurking around both inside and outside the school premises”.
Among dignitaries present were; Deputy Commandant, Emmanuel Ajibare, the Deputy Rector, Dr (Mrs) Yetunde Lanre-Iyanda: the Registrar, Mrs Olubunmi Elewodalu; the Polytechnic Librarian, Mrs. Basirat Akintunde and the Bursar, Mrs. Folasade Madariola, FCA; Tetfund Desk Officer, Mr. Tunde Abiodun; PAR, Registrar’s Office, Mrs. Feyisara Ayeni and others.
