OGSG, CYBERVILLA PUT UP TECH DEVICE TRAINING FOR YOUTHS

Ogun State Government through Bureau of Information Technology (BIT) in collaboration with a Tech Company, Cybervilla has put up a 3-month training programme on repair of technology tools, sales and best practices for youths in the State.

      Special Adviser to the Governor on ICT, Dayo Abiodun revealed this while speaking with journalists at Ogun TechHub, Abeokuta.

      Abiodun reiterated the commitment of the present administration in advancing digital economy in the State, calling on interested participants to register through, https://bit.ly/cybersquad-ogun , as more opportunities would be  unlocked during the three months training which would be free of charge.

       He highlighted some of the training modules to include, in-depth knowledge of tech repairs, advanced tech systems, maintenance of industry standards, as well as other actionable skills that would make them self-sufficient and enhance sustainable development of digital economy in the State, noting that registration was ongoing till 15th, May while training classes start on 19th, May till end of July.

       Speaking, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Cybervilla ,Ifeanyi Adirika, explained that each training module was carefully crafted to provide hands-on practical’s for interested participants between the ages of 18 years and above.

      He hinted that at the end of the sessions, participants would receive comprehensive training kits which includes working tools, learning materials and technical resources needed to enhance immediate application of the skills gained.
