Onipokia Becomes Patron Of Ogun West Project Forum, Pledges Support For Developmental Agenda

His Royal Majesty Oba Yisa  Adelakun Olaniyan, The Onipokia of Ipokia land at his palace on Sunday 30th August 2020 accepted the role of PATRON for Ogun West Project Forum. The Delegates of the Association paid a courtesy visit to the Monarch to congratulate him on his emergence as the new Onipokia and as well sought his support in the emancipation of Ogun West Developmental Agenda. 

In his speech, Kabiyesi promised to support courageous move of the selfless, restless but purposeful agent of positive development in Ogun West through Ogun West Project Forum and other associations alike. He then charged the youths to use every available opportunity at their disposal to strengthen the bond of Unity in Ogun West. In his words he said “No Unity, No Progress”
While commending the Delegates, the Monarch said, ‘I thank you for making our job easier by agreeing to be willing tools for the progress of Yewa/Awori land’
Also at the meeting were The Olisa of Ipokia, High Chief Adewale Yaqub Ajibola, Hon. Musefiu Lamidi representing Ado Odo/Igbesa State Constituency and other Notable Chiefs in Ipokia. They all promised to work for the actualisation of every developmental agenda in Ogun West Senatorial District. In his words, Hon. Musefiu opined, “We have been doing it and we will continue to do more for the development of the land. The era of a new Dawn is here and we will not miss the chance to reposition the land”
