JMG Limited, Nigeria’s trusted provider of integrated electro-mechanical solutions, has completed a major energy infrastructure deployment for the African Medical Centre of Excellence (AMCE) in Abuja, a leading new institution set to transform healthcare delivery across West Africa.

To meet the needs of this world-class healthcare facility, JMG designed and installed a complete energy solution featuring six Mitsubishi 1800kVA Diesel Generators (Model S16R-PTA2) totaling 10.8MVA; Legrand UPS systems totaling 1,400kVA for essential backup power; 4000A Synchronization and Main LV Panels, Sub-Main Panels, and Capacitor Banks, as well as a full internal and external facility wiring.

According to Mahmoud Hamadi, General Manager, Electrical & Projects Division, the company’s mission was to deliver power that matches the precision and reliability of AMCE’s medical operations.

“Critical power is never an afterthought, especially in healthcare, where experience, precision, and flawless execution are non-negotiable. From the Mitsubishi generators to UPS to every power outlet, this system is built for excellence,” he stated.

Hamadi affirmed that as the official dealer of Mitsubishi diesel and gas generators in Nigeria, JMG supplied and installed 6 units of Mitsubishi generators for this project. Known globally for their rugged design, fuel efficiency, and dependable performance in critical environments, Mitsubishi generators are built to ensure uninterrupted power even under the most demanding conditions.

JMG’s turnkey approach ensured a fully automated, redundant, and reliable power ecosystem, equipping AMCE to operate with confidence from day one. The solution enables round-the-clock operation of life-critical systems and sets a benchmark for healthcare infrastructure in Nigeria.

The company’s proven reliability makes it particularly well-suited for healthcare facilities, where continuous power is essential and downtime is not an option. This milestone project further solidifies JMG’s position as a go-to partner for power infrastructure across Nigeria’s most vital sectors.
