The Ogun State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) is set to host Asiwaju Bolarinwa Oluwole, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Remo Federal Constituency by-election, in the concluding edition of its “Meet the Press” series. Scheduled for Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., the event will be held at the NUJ Secretariat, Iwe-Iroyin, Abeokuta, and is expected to attract journalists, political analysts, and members of the public interested in hearing Oluwole’s policy agenda and vision for the constituency.
In a statement released by Bunmi Adigun on behalf of the Council, the NUJ reaffirmed its commitment to promoting democratic transparency and informed voter participation.
