Chief Toyin Amuzu (TA), a prominent leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State and house representatives candidate for Abeokuta South Federal constituency, Chief Toyin Amuzu has extended warm congratulations to Alhaji Semiu Sodipo on his emergence as the new Secretary of the PDP in the state.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Chief Amuzu described Sodipo’s appointment as “well-deserved” and praised his long-standing commitment to the party.

“I, Chief Toyin Amuzu (TA), heartily congratulate Alhaji Semiu Sodipo on his well-deserved emergence as the Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ogun State,” the statement read.

Highlighting Sodipo’s political pedigree, Amuzu noted:

“Alhaji Semiu Sodipo is not only a committed party member but a tested political leader, administrator and manager of men, whose wealth of experience has been built over decades of unwavering service to the PDP since its inception.”

He further emphasized Sodipo’s loyalty and resilience, describing him as “one of the enduring pillars of the party in Ogun State.”

Recalling Sodipo’s earlier tenure, Amuzu stated:

“Having previously served with distinction as State Secretary under the leadership of Engr. Bayo Dayo, his tenure remains a benchmark for diligence, administrative efficiency and strategic coordination.”

According to Amuzu, Sodipo’s return to the strategic office is based on merit and competence:

“His return to this strategic office is not by sentiment, but by merit. At a time when the PDP seeks renewal, cohesion and effective internal management, the choice of Alhaji Semiu Sodipo speaks volumes about the party’s recognition of competence, capacity and experience.”

Chief Amuzu expressed optimism about Sodipo’s leadership, saying:

“On behalf of progressive minds and loyal stakeholders within the party, I congratulate you on this renewed mandate. I am confident that your leadership will further strengthen the PDP in Ogun State and reposition the party for greater success.”

He concluded with a heartfelt wish:

“Congratulations once again sir, Alhaji Semiu Sodipo. I wish you a productive, impactful and unifying tenure.”
