A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Member of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC), Hon. Tolu Bankole, has congratulated Hon. Ayoola Elegbeji, the APC candidate, on his well-deserved victory in the just concluded Remo Federal Constituency bye-election.
Hon. Bankole described the triumph as a resounding confirmation of the confidence reposed in the APC by the people of Remo land and a testament to the enduring strength of democracy. He applauded the good people of the constituency for coming out in large numbers to renew their trust in the party, stressing that the outcome has further affirmed APC as the dominant political force in Ogun State and beyond.
He equally commended the commitment and resilience of party members, leaders, and stakeholders whose sacrifices delivered the overwhelming victory. Hon. Bankole paid glowing tribute to the leadership of Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, noting that his purposeful governance and grassroots connection were instrumental in securing the win.
“This victory is not just for Hon. Elegbeji, it is for every APC member and indeed the entire good people of Remo. It is a loud statement that our party remains the preferred choice of the people,” Hon. Bankole stated.
